Hello,
Thank you, and just to be clear. I have had a polyp in my sigmoideum removed some 7 years ago. Unfortunately at the time it shown some cancer cells, but taken on time ... I am checking my intestine now regularly with colonscopies.
This said I was just wondering whether the hp may have something to do with this, as I remember reading some.

You have asked a very interesting question. At the moment the answer is no. H. pylori only colonise the stomach and is believed not the cause cancer else where. But, we are not sure if other species of Helicobacter that is able to colonise the intestine will cause trouble.
