So I finished the triple therapy about 2.5 weeks ago, and have been off of all meds including PPI's for 2 days now. I'm currently experiencing a lot of cramping and occasional burning in my stomach. Is this normal? I will be having my breath test to see if the h pylori was eradicated in a week and a half.

Yes and no.
It can be a sign helicobacter is still here and it can be a simple after effect.
Pain is not a good indicator sadly.
But rest assured plenty of people suffer after the treatment and for some even worse than before, as long as your breath test is negative its just up to the waiting game.
Try balancing your diet in the meantime.

give yourself another week or two. your stomach is trying to heal itself.
remember to check if the H. pylori is truly eradicated after 4 weeks.
