I appreciate it. I have not taken any antibiotics in years... so the negative antigen is a mystery. Is there enough information here (plus my symptoms) to be treated for HPylori?

PCR is often known to associate with false positive. Since you were diagnosed with Giardia and H. pylori with PCR, I still think you need a proper diagnosis for each of these organism.

Nevertheless, I think Giardia is more of a concern than H. pylori. discuss with your doctor if you can treat both at the same time.
