Thank you again for your information. Just preparing myself.

I keep asking you questions, so I hope you don't mind :)

Just say I don't have H Pylori; are the bug's symptoms shared with stomach ulcers that are HP negative? In my researches I found a list of possible reasons, and one specified a regular or large amount of aspirin can produce stomach ulcers. Prior to my stomach pain, nausea and belching, I had started to use aspirins for my migraines. I never take aspirin; but I have moved back home to live with my mother and brother, and they only use aspirin.

I appreciate your insight.

Also... did blood test yesterday and today the results said I am clear. My breath test is next week (1st of July)

Another angle I thought was I was chain drinking coffee for months prior; and I have read that this can lead to non-HP ulcers as well.

Could aspirin or coffee inflame the stomach enough to become an ulcer?

And, if they can, could an aspirin/coffee ulcer -- if left untreated -- cause cancer like a HP ulcer can? I haven't, so far, found any literature stating that non-HP ulcers can lead to cancer, if left untreated or irritated later on after it has healed.

50% of the stomach ulcers are because of aspirin, ibuprofen and other NSAIDs. These pain killers are also inhibitors of stomach mucous. Without the mucous, the stomach acid is slowly digesting the stomach, causing ulcers. It is therefore better to use paracetamol for pain killers.
