Helico-expert,

What do you think about Artemesinin and H.pylori? In one patent by one Israeli researcher, it was suggested as a monotherapy because it was so potent. To be honest when I tried the tea, It was just out of trial. But after the result I got from Artemesia. annual which nothing matched only first line with HPAC, but the tea had zero side effect. Unfortunately after two weeks, it stopped working. I kept taking it and I felt nothing and my symptoms were back. I was confused to know if it was H.pylori or Giardia because Artemesinin has a large spectrum against many bugs But the interesting story was its MIC which was very low against H.pylori also.

Is there a way to reverse resistance to Artemesinin?

Another question is when I took one supplement containing Iron, I felt a significant increased in pain. Horrible pain. I read that H.pylori loves Iron and can grow crazy.

what about using Utrasonic waves to kill H.pylori? I found old studies where certain ultrasonic waves were lethal against bacteria and shreds them into pieces.

Another interesting arsenal against H.pylori is Glycine amino acid? But I took it once and I felt nothing, yet published studies claim it has good effect on killing the bug.

Best regards,

This chinese herb extract, Artemesinin, is new to me. I did a quick search, but did not find anything significant enough in curing H. pylori.

unfortunately the mechanism of Artemesinin is unknown, so I do not understand how it kills H. pylori. Some studies suggest that it produces peroxide that kills parasite. I am not sure if this is mechanism kill H. pylori too.

the ultrasonic wave does not generate enough energy to kill of H. pylori. the energy wavelength that kills bacteria will also kill human cells.

Glycine is an amino acid. basic building block to make proteins or enzymes. I dont think it kills anything. However, people are advise to take them while taking aspirin or any NSAIDs. NSAIDs are very strong pain killers but it has a side effect that reduces the mucus that protect the stomach lining from acid. Long term NSAIDs user normally develop duodenal ulcers. Glycine acts like a protective barrier to prevent acid attacking stomach lining.

Sunshine37,

You are welcome. The problem of H.PYLORI could be solved easily. But big pharma fights for money, patents, greed. Imagine a mixture of Artemesinin, Glycin and liposomal Linoleic acid what could achieve? Antibiotics problem is the low eradication rate plus the horrible side effects like candida.

Yes, that is true, H. P. Porteur... I will be taking Glycine along with probiotics, propolis, manuka honey, and many other helpful things, just in case, with my treatment. Thank you for noting Artemesinin and liposomal Linoleic acids...
I may order the Artemesinin, as well. Found this article about liposomal Linoleic acids and antibiotic resistent strains of H Pylori. http://ne.ucsd.edu/faculty/l7zhang/publ ... Pharma.pdf

Thank you,
