During treatment i did not take any Bio-k at all. So after stopping the treatment first thing in the morning i would drink a bottle of Bio-K
wait 30 minutes before eating. Another thing i noticed after treatment i would burp like a drunkard. It stopped after 2 weeks. This bug can cause havoc to your immune system. After diagnostic i suspected it was the one causing me to itchy and have bad heartburn.
