After a month of finishing treatment, I am now experiencing shortness of breath. If i lay down i have difficult breathing and if i sit or stand up it almost goes away and after that I belch. Its more anxiety than pain. Actually there is no pain while taking deep breaths. What can these symptoms indicate?

Check with your doctor and request for at-least chest x-ray to make sure the lungs are alright without any infection. Have you had any cold lately? Is the weather more dry lately?

I recently went to ER and got some X-rays and blood tests. Everything fine. I actually have been inactive these last months and pass most of the times inside my house. The only thing i can say about weather is that is very hot and dry, but since I'm most of the times indoors its cold.

I have done some research about why could one without problems of asthma can suffer shortness of breath and found out that it can be because of a deficiency of vitamin B12. H.pylori is known for absorbing nutrients, B12 is one of them. Sounds like I'm going to take another combination of Prevpac right?

You shouldnt take any antibiotics without actually knowing if you are still infected with the bacteria.

Try get a followup breath test to see if your H pylori is still there.

I'm pretty sure that the stiff neck is one of the symptoms caused by H.pylori because I feel this since I have H.pylori with a little dizziness
it's like a pressure inside the back of the neck it's very unpleasant especially when I feel some discomfort in the stomach
I don't know but I think the stomach is related to some parts of the body (head,neck,jaws,eyes...) it's really bizzare

It probably is. but so far there is no solid evidence that H. pylori causes stiff neck problem.

you know every one feels symptoms diffrently,no doctor knows where this gene comes from at the back of neck every one said to me it's because of the stress lol
I don't think if it's related directly to the H.pylori but it's related with the stomach who is linked to H.pylori because every time when I fill some discomfort in the stomach I feel this pressure increasing at the back of the neck
