I was diagnosed of having this by a stool sample, and the pain was in my lower gut and tummy area more then upper chest area to be honest. Like when you get cramping tummy pains in the middle. the upper part was only affected when was on the antibiotics with severe wind. Otherwise it remained in my tummy and lower.

Since you already completed close to 20 days after the treatment. Just wait another 10 days to 2 week to schedule the breath test. It should reveal whether the bacteria has been eliminated or not. Thee pains may be related to IBS. I had the similar pains.
