hi,

I have one question every hour my stomach make some noises and im hungry all the time,I had it before the same problems If I don't eat I become very very weak.
Today is my 10 days of antibiotics for H, pylori but I will finish tomorrow , would this symptom mean that I have other problems or that antibiotics didnt work?

what you have just described cannot determine if the antibiotics failed or you have other problems.

The only way to know if your antibiotic works is to wait a month without any PPI or antibiotic, then do a breath test.

An endoscopy examination will tell you a little bit more on possible underlying problem, eg. hernia, ulcer, etc.

Now i've got bad smelling flatulence. smell is so bad even i can't tolerate. at first i thought it is due to medicines like Nexpro and Riconia silver but even after stopping medicines it continues .My stool color is normal sometimes it is bright yellow in color

After my first treatment anti Helicobacter pylori my doctor prescribe me nexium for 2 week and I dont have any more the feeling that my stomach is burning and Im not hungry every hour , but I have very bad taste everytime I eat or drink.Do i have to stop taking nexium ?

have you done a full blood test and check if you have other underlying problem?

you can stop nexium if you dont have any stomach symptoms.

NO I haven't took blood test.

i would suggest you to do a breath test to check if you still carry H. pylori. in the same time, do a full blood test to check for other underlying problems.

I would do the same within this week . Now i have lactose intolerance i guess. I have nausea after eating milk products especially ice cream and yoghurt.
