if you did not stop PPI, then CLOtest will be negative. CLOtest is a test during endoscopy to tell you immediately if you are infected with H. pylori.

however, if your biopsy is being examined by histology pathologist, then he shouldnt miss it. The histology will tell you if your stomach is inflamed. most of the time they can see the bacteria too.

since you dont have ulcer, i dont think another endoscopy is needed. You probably need to stop PPI for a month and repeat the breath test. that will tell if you are still infected with H. pylori. and if you are, you shouldnt take the same drugs again.

Histrology report shows that : " i have chronic inflammation , h.pylori bactrium not seen ".
i think they have missed it

i cann't stop my medication for a single day (ppi, h2, antacid) get alot of reflux, cramps, throat irratation, astama like feeling, nausea, bloating, sinus, stomach pain etc.

I would trust your histology result. Perhaps you should speak to your specialist about other possibilities like fungus, parasite and etc.
