The issue of foods and H pylori is more complex than most people think and needs time to be explained.

First, many common foods irritate the gut and can cause the same or similar symptoms as H pylori:
- gluten, cow's milk, soy, PUFAs, coffee, certain spices - these are all irritating to the gut in SOME people.

Thus, people can get rid of H pylori and not feel better if the foods are causing their symptoms.

Second, some foods can be so irritating and damaging to the stomach that they cause ulcers:
- smoked foods, alcohol, excess salt (although salt is good when used correctly)

Third, as correctly pointed out by some people previously, vitamin C is very healing to the stomach, and
so is gelatin. Making bone broth or using powdered gelatin from Great Lakes Gelatin is very healing to the
gut (note- I have no financial ties with Great Lakes Gelatin).

Orange juice - freshly squeezed - without the pulp is rich in available vitamin C and potassium.

Fourth, I get my clients to avoid green vegetables. Whilst this may seem counter-intuitive, the likes
of broccoli and brussels sprouts contain a lot of toxins (as well as nutrients) and these can really
irritate peoples guts in some cases. I've seen digestive symptoms clear very quickly in people avoiding
these foods. If not avoided, they must be well cooked to neutralize the toxins.

While all this seems pretty complex, it's not really.

Eat whole, unprocessed foods.
Balance protein, fat and carbohydrate intake.
Avoid foods that irritate the gut.
Drink plenty of clean water.

It's hard to explain all this in a forum post.

There are lots of free articles at my website - www.h-pylori-symptoms.com and lots of YouTube videos
as well that can be "consumed" for free :)

Questions welcome.

Warmest regards to everyone,
Dave.

I kind of agree what Dave posted. Thank you for the very important information.

However, I just want to add, excessive eating of anything good, will become harmful. eg. too much Vit C will give you kidney stones.

Getting rid of H. pylori is important too because it's strongly correlated with more severe stomach diseases, especially if you are over 50 years old.

correct confirmation of H. pylori eradication is becoming a hot topic. feeling better after antibiotic treatment doesnt mean H. pylori is eradicated.

Anyway, it is important to have balance diet.

I've checked out your post very nice and care full question about eating foods.
Its impressive because the care is better than dose.
I think in this case you should avoid to salt because, it's dangerous for health in routine time.
You also should eat full of protein foods,Vegetables are the best foods for a perfect health.
