Hello shoaib alam sab i want to talk you about h pylori. Kindly give me your cell no. I am from lahore and seriously worried about my brothers health.

what's your brother's problem? can the story be shared here? someone else in the same situation may be able to advise.

Six month before my brother feels stomach pain, bloating and uncomforts in stomach due to that he didnt want to eat any thing (but forcefully). When the two diffrent doctors done endoscopy. They said that there is only acidic issue. But conditions is not geting well. Later in january 2018 they found H. Pylori. After 10 days course of 2 anti biotics the problem was still there but doc said that we will do h. Pylori test again after one month. And then the result was negative but the symptoms are same.

Some doctors said you have mental issue not physical and gave him anti depression medicines which have serious side effects.

Any one can help or facing same situation.???

And i want to know about doctors who can guide us in pakistan.

have your brother done ultrasound to make sure there is no bile stones?

If endoscopy showed that it's clean, no ulcers and no cancer, I think the problem is minimum.

If there is no stones, then your brother will have to continue PPI until he feels better.

Yes before diagnosing of h pylori doctors done ultrasound, endoscopy, and many other tests. They all were clear but after hpylori treatment doctor done only hpylori test (via stool and mouth air) they both are negative.
If all tests were clear before is any of test needed to perform again?
And please tell me what is ppl means?

I think your brother has done enough test to show that he is fine. The stomach is probably still recovering and hence feeling the pain. PPI stands for proton pump inhibitor. It will s used to decrease the stomach acid. You can go to the pharmacy to buy rabeprazole for your brother to try.

Thanks for your suggestion please tell me the the dosage of ppl. Suggest some diet to take and which diet should not taken.

Can try 20 mg rabeprazole twice a day. Try a month.

There is no guidelines what food to avoid. It’s up to your brother. But more fruits and vegetables are always good.
