Perhaps you should get another endoscopy to have another histology examination. That will tell if your condition has improved.

Thanks Helico_expert. My symptoms have improved over the last 3 weeks and I have gradually increased the food I eat . I have noticed that sometimes shortly after I ate a meal, I felt a bit acidic in my stomach, but felt better about a hour later. Is this symptom common after the treatment? Thanks.

It sounds common. If you find it too acidic, perhaps you can try some H2 blockers such as famotidine. It's not as strong as PPI.
