I am from Nigeria in Africa where H Pylori is so rampant.

I was feeling heartburn and bleeding in my stool.

After visiting the doctor I was diagnosed with HPYLORI with Breath Test .
The endoscopy came our with Erosive Gastritis and Duodenitis.

I have tried the first line treatment Clarithromycin Amoxicillin and Rapebazole.

My second line treatment was Levofloxacin amoxicillin and rapebazole

The third rescue therapy I used was Bimsuth subsalycate ,
Tetraclycline Metronidazole .

All this treatment as I am still infected with H pylori
Kindly advise on the next course of action to take as my Doctor has abandoned me to my fate and not willing to assist after several treatment failure

You have tried some very strong antibiotics combination.

Ask your doctor if they have furazolidone.

perhaps you can try the following.

Rabeprazole 20mg TID
bismuth 220mg QID
Amoxicillin 1g TID
furazolidone 100mg TID

This should be used for how many days.

As I felt right now that my gut biome is destroyed already cos of the overuse of antibiotics

yea.. but it is better to have H. pylori eradicated. You can train your microbiota back later.

this treatment is for 10 days.

Please check the side effects with your doctor.

if your doctor has access to laboratory that can culture H. pylori and do tests to find out what antibiotics they are resistant to, that would increase your chance of getting rid of it.

I am thinking of going for susceptibility test first instead of gambling with different antibiotics. Is there any other way to do culture test without going through endoscopy.
