Loose stools and anal itching

Hello, I completed my pylera treatment on September ,4th. Since then my stools are ok some days and bad some other days (it's not completely liquid) but the days that my stools are not ok, my anus start itching, it's like the stools can be a bit acid or at least that's my impression.
10 days ago I also see some blood in my stools, like a line, and obviously I tested positive in the hided blood stools and I'm going to do a colonoscopy.
Anyway, it's common what's happening with my stools? A few days ok and other days are bad....
My pylori breath test result will be on 10-15 days.
Any advice on how to improve the stools consistency and a good diet for post treatment?
I also want to say, that pylera treatment destroyed my life, I was good previous to the treatment, except dizziness and bloating. But now I continue having bloating, I had a lot of anxiety, dizziness, diarrhea, etc etc...
I'm taking esomeprazol, do you recommend me any other IBP or H2 blocker with very low side effects as I don't want to have more side effects? I started taking esomeprazol after I tested again for h pylori, as I have a bit of mucosa inflammation diagnosed in the gastroscopy.
Thanks.
