Hello everyone. I completed the pylori treatment with pylera on September 4th. I had a lot of weird symptoms after it.

Now I feel dizzy a few times a day for a period of time. I think it's related when I feel hungry I start feeling dizzy or when my stomach burns a bit, but not totally sure about the relationship. (I had a blood test to check sugar and it was normal)

Is it common feeling dizzy when Hungry?

On October 4th I will do a breath test to see if I got rid of the pylori.

have you checked your iron level?
H. pylori is also associated with iron deficiency. So, HP is indirectly, perhaps some association with "dizziness".

Hello Helico_expert, yes iron levels looks ok.

I've seen a lot of people with dizziness issues while infected, and after that, but not sure how they solved the issues. I only want to get my life back, as I'm very very tired and afraid of this situation and font know what else to do. I was perfect before July 23rd and now my life it's a completely mess.

the side effect of the antibiotics usually wears off within a week after stopping.
so your tiredness may not be because of the antibiotics.

could it be low sugar that makes you dizzy? because you mentioned that you get the dizzy feeling when hungry.

I tested the blood sugar levels a lot of times and it was fine.

I think it can be related to the anxiety that started with pylori, but to be honest it's only something that I suspect, I don't have the proof.

It may be because of low iron. In my case, I had a low iron level and felt dizzy most of the time. However, I didn't bother and tried using some home remedies for dizziness and iron deficiency.
