Doctor/biopsy came back and said H Pylori gastritis. Some erosion in esophagus from reflux (low grade). No cancer/precancerous changes.

So I've started Pylera treatment as I am allergic to penicillin.

Sorry to bring up the old thread. How did you manage to cope with this situation in the end?

Unfortunately, I could not cope with this situation. My panic attacks continued and tormented me almost every night. In the end, I decided that I should still go to a psychiatrist to get treatment. This illness has chained me to the house. I was afraid that if I went abroad on vacation, I would have to pay for medical repatriation in case I had an attack again. However, I hope that the treatment for the next six months that my doctor prescribed will help. I will finally be able to visit my family and see my nephews.
