I’m on day 9/14 of the following treatment:
4x per day:
250 mg metronidazole
500 mg tetracycline
262 mg bismuth

2x per day:
20 mg famotidine

I’m pretty much losing all hope that I can do this for another 4 days. I can’t eat anything, have terrible nausea, dizziness, muscle pain, no energy, and my skin (particularly my face) is extremely dry?

Is it safe for me to quit after day 10? Or is there a huge chance I havent eradicated yet?

Just check with your doctor. He is probably more familiar with your local H. pylori strain. For us, we only ask patients to take 10 days treatment.
