As I mentioned before I took abx twice last year. 2nd one at Sept, 2021 and then did UBT twice which came back negative. But as I experiencing symptoms, I did my 3rd endoscopy at January, 2022 which I share with you at another post namely "Negative at Urea Breadth test".

But problem is as I still experiencing symptoms even after 6 months of abx, I am confused whether the ubt were true negative.

So my question is if I am still positive, can I take sweet fruits like banana, papaya, watermelon, apple, dates and honey, date molasses? I am avoiding refined and artificial sugar. But some people used to say even sugar from fruits feed h pylori.
Right now I am taking ppi, domperidon and some natural medicines. My plan is to continue with these medicines for few more days.
Thanks in advance.

I think having multiple negative test results have proven that you are truly free of H. pylori now.

Your symptoms are probably due to the "scars" left by H. pylori. "scars" can sometimes be hard to heal. some damage can even be permanent. Nevertheless, I didnt see you write anything abnormal from the endoscopy report, so I assume there is nothing severe. So that's probably a good news.

Because of these "damages", your stomach is probably more sensitive that others. I think you can experiment out different food and see which of them will trigger your symptoms and try avoid them.
