Just want to give an update. Daughter finished the quadruple therapy. She did not have much side effects except for mild constipation for a couple of days and metallic taste. It’s been 3 days after the treatment, she still has the metallic after taste.
Is this normal and how long will it take for it to completely go away?
She will have the breath test again in a month to see if H pylori is eradicated.

I have a quick question please. Daughter still has half of her tongue with a white coat and metallic taste a week after completing the quadruple therapy. Will it go away? Could it be yeast overgrowth? Is there anything she can do to get rid of it? She is taking probiotics now to replenish the good bacteria. Your advise is appreciated.
