I’m also a vegetarian and ate plenty of carbs and veggies during this protocol but less fruit, except for berries,a banna and apples My focus was to nourish my body with a mostly plant based diet and this did include some gluten free grains (soaked) such as oats and rice and plenty of low sugar fruit. The only added sugar I consumed was coconut sugar and Manuka honey. No red meat for at least 3 months!

Is my digestion perfect? No! I still need a lot of support and have more healing to do. If you do not have any blood cancers or glandular cancers,L- glutamine are amazing to heal your gut. I also take a scoop of collagen with my breakfast of porridge.

Lila, how are you feeling lately? Any changes? Hopefully for good. Are you still taking any supplements, etc.,from your list such as monlauriI, etc. I wonder in case you stopped taking any of them will the symptoms return?
Also did you take NAC in addition to monlauril? I wonder if they are somewhat the same thing. Can’t decide which one to take. Also, I thought the NAC will not work taking same time as antibiotics. I read somewhere it was taken after the course of antibiotics for a month (if antibiotics didn’t work) and then after taking it for a month then you start with either natural therapy or antibiotics in order for it to work.

Anyhow, greatly appreciate all the details you listed.

Just want to make it clear that natural therapy may work on the symptoms, it will not eradicate H. pylori.

Some members in the forum claimed that natural therapy work for them, but that was just lucky in my opinion.

I wonder if anyone with the same problem has taken vitamins containing THC or CBD? I know they probably won't help you with H. pylori, but I would be very interested to know how they might affect the body condition in general. I have a friend who has had severe stomach problems since childhood. So, his choice in favor of veganism was supported not only by moral but also by physical reasons. He recently told me that he found the best vegan gummies with CBD, and they reduce discomfort. I don't remember the name of what he is sick with, but it is not treated, so he tries all possible means to alleviate the situation. And these gummies are in his top 5 natural ingredients.
