Should I take antibiotics shortly after each other?

I mean like if I am taking amoxicillin at 8 am for example should I take the another antibiotic at 8:30 or can I take 1 pm?
you can take it anytime, as long as they are evenly distributed.
for example.
Amoxicillin 1g 3x a day 12pm, 8pm, 4am
Bismuth 240mg 4x a day 12pm, 6pm, 12am, 6am
The time above is just example. You dont need to strictly stick to it. It'll be difficult to wake up at 4am to take pills.
