HP implicated in Prostatitis and Psoriasis?

I've read a few articles that suggest heliobacter pylori may cause (or in some cases worsen) prostatitis and psoriasis? I don't see anything on this website that addresses this issue of HP infecting other tissues in the body outside of the stomach and intestines! If Hp does infect other tissues and organs in the body then what would be the tests for this and also the treatment protocols? Is there any current research on this

to my understanding, H. pylori is restricted to only stomach. However, i suspect the "toxin" may have traveled down the intestine and probably cause problem down the track. Nevertheless, there is no evidence to such hypothesis.

Since H. pylori doesnt infect the blood stream, I think the chances of infecting other organ is going to be very low.

I have read on this study that HP was already found in blood. This means that it travels and could be elsewhere.
So, could it cause psoriasis?

scared me a little. But I had a read around and would like to correct the statement.

Helicobacter pylori remain to be found strictly in the stomach.

It is other species of Helicobacter, eg. H. cinaedi, that was found in the blood, particularly among immuno-compromised patients.

Then again, the pathology of the presence of H. cinaedi in the blood is not fully understood. Currently no major health implication has been reported except for skin lesion.

I read the document, but i have found another one that refers the fact. It says:

(ii) Blood.H. pylori may reach the blood flow from the gastric mucosa in the case of ulceration and hemorrhage. However, only one isolate was found in a blood culture from a patient with a gastric lymphoma. The strain grew after 5 days in a Bactec NR730 aerobic bottle (403). Indeed, regular blood culture systems may not be optimal for H. pylori growth. Conversely, blood culture systems used for fastidious organisms, e.g., brucella broth, led to satisfactory growth when experimentally inoculated (255).

In 2006, there is another document that proves HP adhesion to erytrocytes:

I am suffering of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and that is why i was searching about helicobacter pylori. I noticed that derm has the same PH (around 5,5) that h.pylori enhances in the stomach producing urease.
I have always been a helthy person and suddenly i have psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, vitiligo and melasma.
The hypotisis to all this is h.p infecting derm and sinovial epithelium. In derm, it could spend all my resources of vitamin B12 and cystein. As you know, cystein is required for pheomelanin. In its absense, melanocites only produce eumelanin (brown). In what concerns vitiligo, i have been using a vitamin complex for five years, and it vanished.

The causes of psoriasis, psorithic arthritis, vitiligo and melasma are unknown.

Maybee this is all wrong, but makes sense.

In your opinion, would it be possible?

I am sorry that I have not heard such correlation. However, if you are infected with H. pylori, regardless if it is in your blood, you should be able to detect it via breath test. Then perhaps a triple therapy will do the job of curing your disease.
