I assume you are asking if gastritis would be triggered by raw fish, perhaps raw beef or any uncooked poultry?

I passed the breath test. But my doctor said I got Helicobactor Pylori
because I ate sashimi too much. Is it right?

I dont understand what do you mean by "passed the breath test". So you've got a negative result in breath test? if so, you dont have to worry about getting H. pylori from sashimi. H. pylori doesnt come from fish.
