Return of symptoms after several months

Last year I got sick. I had many tests done: various blood test, abdomen ultrasound, several cardiological ones, colonoscopy, gastrocopy. The only ailment found was helicobacter and gastropathy. I received a treatment with tetracycline, metronidazole, bismuth and PPI. I slowly started getting better but I also went to the doctor again and I got prescription for rifaximin, probiotics and mebeverini hydrochloridum.

Several months after this, I was feeling fully healthy but last December I suddenly relapsed. The symptoms were basically identical, so I had an antigen stool test done. It was negative, so I had a breath test done. It also was negative and the value was 0.7 with 4.0 threshold (it could be that the test was conducted improperly as I was made to breathe out too fast). I went to a doctor, got a PPI and mebeverini hydrochloridum prescription. It didn't help at all.

I decided to get another test done - stool PCR test. Negative. I went to the doctor again and got a rifaximin, trimebutini maleas prescription. I don't think I got better after it.

The symptoms I have include or included at some point (some went away): nausea (the main issue), heartburn, reflux, hypertension, bounding pulse tachycardia, chest muscle pain, pain under sternum, bloating, diarrhoea, minor limb numbness and discomfort, increased appetite.

After getting worse again, the symptoms were very noticeably related to the stomach.

While preparing for colonoscopy and not eating for a some time, I actually ended feeling better for a couple of days.

Notable things I ingest regularly: nebivololum for hypertension, a spoonful of natto daily, a glass of green tea daily.

What causes are possible? I'm not particularly stressed or depressed, I don't have major sleep issues, no single food type seems to be a trigger, I have visited a dentist recently and nothing indicates dental issues. Can it be autoimmune, even though I got better after antibiotics? Could all of those tests been false negative?

hmmm.. the problem is we dont know if it is H. pylori related.
Your breath test and stool test both showed negative of H. pylori.
So it is likely that your problem is due to some other things.
Situation like this, we can only deal with the symptoms. If you have heartburn or reflux, you can take some PPI.
I dont think taking antibiotics randomly is a good idea.
