52 yr old male . Very healthy . Just had complete blood panel and all is good . I started to have symptoms of what I would describe as hunger pangs , stomach growling most of the day even after eating. No nausea , or stomach gnawing or during etc... I originally thought I was getting hungry because of working out more but it doesn't matter how much or how often I eat the sensations dont go away and the noises dont' subside . I have noticed some extra burping , reflux but not severe . I have a blood test tomorrow . Do these symptoms sounds common for H Pylori ? Just looking for some reassurance .

H. pylori is associated with all sort of symptoms. It's better not to speculate the presence of H. pylori without proper diagnostic. Even if you had H. pylori, there is always a solution. So, stay positive.
