hungry... probably. H. pylori does increase the acid production in the stomach. it may stimulate your brain that gives you a hungry signal.

dizziness is probably due to the low blood glucose you are experiencing.

however, i dont think H. pylori has anything to do with your low blood glucose level.

Is a stool test a reliable test for H pylori?

If you are using well known brand or getting results from established laboratory. It is suppose to be as accurate as breath test.

H pylori actually is linked to Reactive Hypoglycemia. Look it up. But, if your type of hypoglycemia was due to h pylori, eradication would've improved your symptoms.

I was DX with this form of hypoglycemia & 6 weeks later tested positive for h pylori. I'm on my last day of eradication now. Fingers crossed!

An update on my H-Pylori;

To make it easier I will use the following abbreviations;

Abx = Antibiotics
Dx = Diagnosis

January 2015 dx with H-Pylori = I took the Clarith & Metro, but I didn't take the PPI (as I have low stomach acid issues)

In May 2015 I was dx with; Borrelia (Lyme), Bartonella, Babesia, Anaplasma, CMV, EBV, etc

Last yr and this I have treated with abx for the various infections, and Detoxed, and done B12 injections.

Past several Months I have done barely any B12 injections, and none at all past 2 Months.

Past few weeks some of my Neuro symptoms have returned (Formcation & Dysesthesia in my Quads), and some worsened (Tinnitus, Insomnia & Muscle wasting in limbs, despite Physio). At first I thought because of the lack of B12 injecting. However, past week I am losing weight, no appetite, losing a lot of muscle (I had stabilized my Muscle wasting since about May last year). Nausea, and now food is badly digested again.

What made me think the H-Pylori is causing all this instead of the lack of B12 injections is... Past few days... Excessive burping!! I thought, hang on, this has happened before!!

In anyone's opinion, does this sound like H-Pylori? My Endoscopy from December 2014 showed a strong positive!

I just read H-Pylori decreases acid production. Here I read you say it increases it. The mystery continues...

mystery indeed. In early days, scientist showed the increase of acid production. Then recently, there are more papers discussing about the lower acid production.

Ahhhh, that is interesting Glad you said that. Which fits my situation.

Do you have links to these new publications?

Would you say from my latest symptom situation the H Pylori is playing again, in your opinion?
