Finished 2 week Antibiotics but naseau and left side pain

Good Day I was diagnosed with HP three weeks ago did triple therapy but realized that I still feel naseaus and have a nagging pain on my left abdomen. Is this normal is my body adjusting what is happening. I will be doing an endoscopy tomorrow to check my stomach and I am praying everything goes well.

It's common to have the symptoms persists after H. pylori eradication.
depending on the severity of the "wound" caused by H. pylori, the recovery time differ among individual.
Good luck to your endoscopy tomorrow.
Do check with your doctor if he is going to do a rapid urease test and take some biopsies for histology checking.
