After failing triple therapy my doctor has prescribed Quadruple therapy:

Tetracycline 250Mg, 2tabs 4 times a day
Metronidazole 500 mg capsule 1 tab. 4 times a day
rabeprazole 20mg. 1 tab - 2 times a day
Peptobismol tables - 2tables 4 times a day.

I was told I should take peptobismol at least 2 hours separate from the antibiotics, but I am also questioning if i can take the Tetracycline and Metronidazole together and then take the pepto 2 hours after ?? what about the rabeprazole?? can I also take probiotics and how can i fit the probiotics with all these medication... I went to the pharmacist but I felt he wasn't sure about the recommendations so I didn't filled out my prescription.

I am lost at this and want to make sure I take the prescription correctly. Also any tips on diet during the treatment.

Most important is to evenly spread out the time you take those drugs, so the drugs in your body is maintained at a constant level. hope that make sense.
