Any advise regarding my blood test?

Couple years ago I suspected h pylori infection and did stool, breath and blood tests. All came back negative. So I left that idea, but my sympthoms did not get better since that time.
Recently I found expanded blood panel with various h pylori specific antigens at some lab and decided to test.
All came back negative, except Ureb P66 antigen (elevated IGG and IGA) and HSP p57 (suspected elevated IGG).
Any ideas what that means and should I consider h pylori infection? I did not have much success googling these antigens.
Description of the antigens from the lab's website:
Ureb P66 - heavy subunit of urease, causes cross-reactivity with other bacteria containing urease
HSP p57 - heat shock protein homologue, nonspecific
