Do you know of any laboratory in the us that provide the urea breath test via regular mail? can you try tri-med? http://trimed.com.au/ perhaps they will do your breath test via mail. h. pylori causes reflux? maybe yes and maybe no. some study even say it prevent reflux. nobo...

how very unfortunate. your doctor is right. it wont be possible for H. pylori to survive in the aquarium. However, the most possible marine organism that give you stomach problem is vibrio. it's a normal flora on fishes.

I am sorry to hear what happens to you. I assume you last test included H. pylori and it's negative. sometimes, H. pylori concentration is so low that it's not detactable. the only way is to do a biopsy and culture the bacteria. you have to stop PPI for at least 1 week to avoid false negative breath...

unfortunately, I am not expert in anti-histamine. However, those anti-histamine that you tried seems like the newer generation. Correction. I said garlic can inhibit (or stop) H. pylori growth. Nothing bad about garlic. I love garlic myself. Absolutely yummy in Asian soup.
