So i have been diagnosed of an ulcer in 2016 and since then i tried every medication but i am still HP positive with chronic gastritis
Amoxiline metronidazol PPi
Amoxiline metronidazol clarythromicine ppi
Pelyra + ppi
after last fibroscopy the results of biopsy was chronic gastritis with small ...

I have tried 3 treatments (Amoxi Metroni + ppi , Amoxi Metroni Claryth+ppi , and pylera) and those have failed to eradicate H pylori after ive done a biopsy ,
So my doctor said its better to stop treating scince i have low tolerence to the secondary effects of those antibiotics and only advised ...

But i am not sure that pylera contains PPI ,at least in the french pills (im in that region) , also searched on the net , it says that pylera should be combined with ppi but it dose not contain PPI , can you confirm ?

so, your next treatment will be PPI + bismuth + Amoxicillin + an antibiotic that you have not tried (eg. ciprofloxacin).
this time, try ask your doctor for higher dose of PPI and amoxicillin. In Prof. Marshall's clinic, he uses Rabeprazole (PPI), 20mg, 3 times a day; and Amoxicillin, 1g, 3 times ...
