No allergies, when I get ill everything makes me sick, and when I'm ok I can eat anything and be perfectly ok, so don't think it's that. I did consult with an specialist (friend of my family) and he said most cases are stress related and there's no treatment, so I'm working on managing my stress ...

The results came back negative, so no bacteria. I'm still not feeling well though.. I have to be very careful with what i eat and last friday I got really ill again because I went out and had ONE drink... I guess the bacteria was not responsible for this

Going to the doctor on Thursday for a test. Feeling a bit better now although not 100%

I have half a glass of Kefir everyday, started about a month ago, I think this has probiotics and they are better than the ones that comes in pills or drinks? While I took the antibiotics I also had some other probiotics I bought at the chemist, but don't have access to these anymore... ( I buy them ...

Thanks for your reply.. it's been almost 2 weeks now since and I finish and I just keep getting worse, so not very hopeful that the treatment worked. I'm also not convinced about going back to the dr because if I still have the bacteria they will give me more antibiotics and I don't want to take ...
