my symptoms are intestinal gas and needing to poop a lot . To be honest I think my GP jumped the gun when giving me the triple therapy for stomach pain and gas , yes I did test positive but I am not convinced hpylori was the issue , anyway now I am convinced that the triple therapy has stripped me ...

Got my results today , negative , no more hpylori

But it's 8 weeks since I completed the course and I am still getting mild back and stomch burning sensation .
Should request an endoscopy?

Hi , i completed the triple therapy course 8 weeks ago .
My original symptoms were , excess gas , burning stomach , lower abdominal cramps, feeling full after small amount of food ,pressure in the bowel , change in BM , urgency to make a BM, fatigue.
Today I feels miles better but i do have a mild ...

Sorry it was the first blood test that was negative , my second blood test and stool sample showed hpylori .

Does this bacteria actually cause symptoms then ? Or so the symptoms only show when hpylori causes an ulcer ?

About 5 weeks ago I was woke up in the middle of the night with servere stomach pain a couple of inches right of my naval ,
Over the next few days the pain eased but I started to get pain just below my ribs / lower sternum area couple with bloating / wind and pains below my naval and in my back ...
