I finally received a call back from my doctor-unfortunately it was 9:30 at night and I was half asleep. He told me to continue and finish up the Omeprazole 40MG and then go out and buy Prilosec. My list of questions were not asked as I was half asleep. I'm feeling a bit better. I would still like ...

Wow, on day 5 of my "antibiotic cocktail" of Plyera and Omeprazole and it's wiped me out. No serious side affects, but don't have the energy to get to the gym and try and workout. Am I suppose to be feeling better? I have no idea. Strong stuff.

I just got back from the doctor.
For round #2, I'm now on Pylera cap (3 capsules 4x a day for 10 days) and Omeprazole.
This time I was told to come back for a breath test in two weeks and have to fast (no water)-I wasn't told that the first time.
Oh, and he told me to start using flaxseed as ...

I found out I had this by a routine colonoscopy and endoscopy (I have silent reflux)...I did the six weeks of amoxicillin and the two other drugs and was just told on Friday that my breath test was positive.
