Aside from the Probiotics I would also advice to take some sort of anti-fungal (i.e Nystatin) while on Antibiotics because otherwise an intestinal Candida imbalance may occur and spread further, especially in people who are immunodeficient.

Contracting H pylori also disintegrated my health dramatically. Again I want to note the liver problems which came up in my blood tests as well. Another condition that was diagnosed after eradication was Aplastic anemia. Obviously I cant say with absolute certainty that H pylori had any role in it ...
