Tx Expert! Just checking, when I add Bismuth, then its considered Quadruple Therapy?

Tx expert! U mean tt HP is not tt resistant to amoxycillin? Interesting. So basically if I find something new other than Clarithromycin or cravit, then I can still try triple therapy 1st? :-). Anothr quick question - I hv not kissed my wife for at least 2 yrs. Reading thru the forum, I get confused ...

But I've had Cravit twice in 2013 alone. At the same time, do you know if there is potential harm in eating taking so many rounds of anti-biotics? I'm just wary of taking this 2nd round of triple therapy, and am thinking of going straight to quadruple.

Oops, forgot to mention that my 1st round of therapy included: Clarithromycin, Amoxycillin, & Pariet/Rabeprazole

Hi, I'm now given Cravit (250mg) + Amoxycillin + Pariet (Rabeprazole), and I've taken Cravit twice last year for flu. Doc says to try this before considering quadruple therapy. My don't mind trying except for worries of having to much anti-biotics! Tx in advance for any advice.

Hi, I guess the hope lasted just so much ...lol .... in an attempt to make sure my wife was HP free, both of us took the breath test. In the end, it turned out that while she was HP-free, I had it! Doctor feels that instead of a re-infection, its more likely that it was not totally eradicated and ...

I was told by the clinic staff (who checked with the lab) that if I took any anti-bacterial supplements (e.g., Ginseng, Lingzhi, Broccoli Sprouts Extract), I'd just have to abstain for 3 days before taking the test. What are your thoughts on this? Also, I'm taking other types ...
