Hi, just found out, h pylori gone, am i expecting to much for my symptoms to be completly gone , took quadrupple therapy for 2 weeks at begining of november and I had an awfull time taking them, thanks for your advice

Hi, still having problems with my stomach, doctor retesting me for h pylori. My question is, my symptoms are not as bad as when i was first diagnosed back in august, so could the h pylori still be there even if my symptoms are not as bad. or would things not improve? ive had medication twice now, la...

is it ok to take probiotic capsules while on omeprozole? trying to put some good bacteria back in my stomach, dont think my stomach liked the quadrupple therapy, my stomach has felt very swollen

At last ive finished the medication, is it usual to continue with omeprozole for a couple of weeks? if so how many omeprozole a day for how long? or is the quadrupple treatment for 14 days usually sufficient!

Hi, I now have quadruple treatment, took it for two days and felt really unwell, ended up in bed for the day. I had severe neausia, My doctor said to stop tablets for two days, then restart. If this continues, I have to stop the treatment and go and have a camera down. I cant believe it has taken me...

That seems logical, to find an antibiotic that works! The doctors in england dont seem to be as knowledgeable about h pylori! could I ask, is it common for symptoms to improve after first therapy, even though the medication has not killed the h pylori off completly?
