Hi, I was recently treated for HP as a blood test showed thats what I had, I then had a stool test that said I no longer had it, I still had pain and discomfort so got sent for a scan turns out I have Gallstones and a cyst on my kidney, are either of these things linked to HP please

My GP wont do another test onme to see if my HP has gone, as she says it will stay in the body for a few months, is this he case and if so could it just flare up again

I was give Clarithromycin, Amoxicillin, Omeprazole, which I took for 10 days, when the pain then came back i was give more of the antibiotics for 7 days, but nothing since even though I still get the pain the doctor has told me if I get the pain just to take a Omeprazole
