I think I understand hat you are saying and would just like to check.

It is unlikely that the slow growing H.Pylori will be able to survive in the SB.

Therefore, the SBBO is likely to be an overabundance of the right bacteria in the SB.

Is that a reasonable summation ...

Id be interested to know what research has been done on the connection between these two.

I have recently been diagnosed with HP (no cleared), SBBO and fructose malabsorption. The overwhelming result is diarrhoea :)
